Due to the instant delivery and nature of digital illustrations and printable coloring page rewards, all digital download tier sales are final. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for partial months. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles.
All physical art prints are made-to-order and hand-signed right here in the studio. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your print arrives damaged during transit, please email a photo of the packaging to willconlonart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can issue a replacement package immediately.
